This may be a bit of a different review. The product arrived but didn’t look exactly as the proof. I reached out and the shop immediately apologized and issued a refund. Because of their transparency and honesty, I will 100% work with them again!

I sent over a very loose summary of what I was trying to make for my friends bachelorette and they got back to me within 30 minutes with an awesome custom coozie that incorporates the theme and a photo of my friend. They made it and shipped it so quickly! And it was perfect! Would definitely use them again!!
